Restore, renew and flow with crystal singing bowl meditation, group walks through the redwoods and along the beach.
Large indoor yoga studio and multiple scenic outdoor lawns and decks with sweeping ocean views.
Evening fire ceremony and great restaurants.

Includes full itinerary of yoga flow sessions, crystal sound bowl meditation session, recption dinner and group walks and activities with tent glamping accomodations. Breakfast lunch and dinner of the second day will be available at the restaurant but cost is not included to allow for flexibiity for everyone to nurish themseves how they wish.
